Voting Question: Anyone know of a great Pediatrician + office?

My husband and I are in search of a Pediatrician who practices around the Lynnwood/Edmonds, Wa area, and is accepting of parents' refusal to vaccinate. Our current Pediatrician is wonderful, however, the time we spend waiting see her averages 40 minutes plus! Our 4 and 18 month sons are patient but not that patient!
