Edmonds, WA on June 17, 2011 with a New Location Discovered/Idiotic Drivers On Crossing.


After I catched all of the Sounder Commuter Trains at Edmonds, I did some exploring and I decided to head down to Haines Wharf Park North of Edmond and I deescovered that there are some decent views that I was able to shoot from that place as I shot both Amtrak Cascades #516 and the BNSF M-EVEPAS freight train. There are different perspectives that I have found in the park, but I'll have to come back later on and visit more. Cabcar #302 and F59PHI #902. 6:01 - As the train departed Edmonds, I took out my Android phone and there were just too many cars hogging at the grade crossing and some of the vehicles trying to make a left turn and the outbound ferry traffic were oblivious to the train horn and the crossing lights and bell. That's when I hit record from my cell phone. It wasn't until the the gates came completely down that's when traffic finally cleared out. Dennis continued to blow the horn hard for traffic and hit the brakes a little bit before traffic finally cleared out <b>...</b>
